This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "User," "You," or "Your") and Lunafit Sportswear SRL (hereinafter referred to as "Company," "We," "Us," or "Our") governing the use of the Lunafit e-commerce website available at www.lunafit.ro (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") and any related services provided by the Company.

By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

1. Account Registration

1.1. In order to access certain features of the Site, you may be required to register for an account. When registering for an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. 3.1. Lunafit Sportswear SRL offers various products and services for sale on the Site. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of Lunafit Sportswear SRL.

3.2. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service at any time.

3.3. We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear on the Site. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

4. Ordering and Payment

4.1. When you place an order through the Site, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

4.2. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on the Site.

4.3. All prices for products and services are in Romanian Leu (RON) and are subject to change without notice.

4.4. Payment for all orders is due at the time of purchase. We accept payment through our third party partners.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1. We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe. However, we are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

5.2. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from the Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

5.3. Shipping and handling charges are additional and will be calculated at the time of purchase.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1. Our return and refund policy is outlined in detail on the Site. By making a purchase, you agree to abide by the terms of this policy.

6.2. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department within 14 days of receiving your order.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. All content included on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Lunafit Sportswear SRL or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

7.2. You may not use, reproduce, modify, transmit, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Site without the prior written consent of Lunafit Sportswear SRL.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lunafit Sportswear SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site; (c) any content obtained from the Site; and (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not Lunafit Sportswear SRL has been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

9. Indemnification

9.1. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lunafit Sportswear SRL, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Service or your use of the Site.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

10.1. These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10.2. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania.

11. Changes to Terms of Service

11.1. Lunafit Sportswear SRL reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time, in its sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
